If any goods need to be returned, our Returns Office must be contacted through the ticketing system in the Help Desk section of our website.
A returns number will be given along with our returns address. The returns number must be shown on the parcel along with our returns address.

Goods will only be accepted at our returns address displaying a valid returns number.
